      Today, Karachi: The City of Lights is the economic powerhouse of the country. It contributes more than 20% of Pakistan’s GDP and houses major industries such as banking, textiles, shipping, media, and information technology.
      The Karachi Port and Port Qasim handle most of the nation’s maritime trade, making Karachi the logistical gateway to Pakistan. The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), headquartered here, reflects the city’s role as a financial nerve center.

      From bustling corporate offices in Clifton to industrial zones in Korangi, Karachi’s economic pulse never stops beating.

      What truly defines Karachi: The City of Lights is its cultural diversity. People from all provinces — Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan — call Karachi home.
