    Social Media Specialist & Content Creator

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist and Content Creator to manage our social media handles and website content and increase engagement across all platforms. This role will create compelling content, static posts, and video reels and ensure Mazboot Pakistan’s active participation in local events. The ultimate goal is to grow our our social media account by increasing followers, website traffic, and attract advertisers to our platform.

    Location: Remote (with Weekly Meetings)
    Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

    Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
      • Create and schedule engaging content, including static posts, stories, and video reels.
      • Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content strategies.
      • Respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build a loyal online community.
      • Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and success stories, for the Mazboot Pakistan website.
      • Develop creative captions, hashtags, and copy for social media posts to enhance engagement.
      • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
      • Attend local events to create live content, reels, and posts that showcase Mazboot Pakistan’s presence and engagement in the community.
      • Capture photos, videos, and interviews during events to highlight our commitment to local businesses and initiatives.
      • Track and analyze social media and website metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
      • Develop strategies to attract advertisers and partners to the Mazboot Pakistan platform.
      • Build and maintain relationships with potential advertisers, sponsors, and influencers.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus.
    • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
    • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and increasing engagement.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Proficient in using social media tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
    • Experience with video editing software (Filmora, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
    • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and website content management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passionate about Pakistan’s local businesses, culture, and community.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Weekly Meetings: Ability to attend in-person meetings once a week.
    • Event Coverage: Availability to participate in local events for content creation.
    • Remote Work Setup: Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
